What's Included

Your itinerary will be custom-designed once your booking is received and you've completed your questionnaire.
All retreats checkin 10am and checkout 12 noon.
If you are travelling internationally, it's recommended you arrive in Malta in the morning, or the day before your retreat start date to ensure you check-in to the retreat on the scheduled morning.
You will receive a welcome orientation upon arrival, lunch and an energy recalibration or Spinal Energetics™️ session in the afternoon to support you to feel harmonised as you settle in. You're 2nd and 3rd Spinal Energetics™️ sessions will be adequately spaced apart to ensure plenty of integration time between sessions.
1:1 wellness mentoring sessions, daily retreat activities and any optional upgrades elected will be included in your personalised itinerary once it's designed with your needs and selected options in mind.
Wholesome, nourishing and tasty meals will be provided throughout your stay if you wish to eat at home, otherwise you are welcome to explore the local cafes and restaurants at your leisure.
You will also be offered adaptogenic drinks to support your rest and rejuventation. Coffee, tea and fresh herbal teas are included.
The onboarding questionnaire you receive after booking will ask for your dietary requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I book?
Right away you’ll get a confirmation email from Retreat Guru with a recap of what you booked.

Within 48 hours, you’ll get a second message, this one will be from the host of your retreat. They may request that you fill out a medical questionaire, have a call with them or do additional screening. In the unlikely scenario that you don’t pass the additional screening, you’ll be fully refunded.

Once you get final confirmation from your retreat host, go ahead and book your transportation to the retreat and get ready for your transformative experience.
Should I wait for a confirmation before booking my flight?
Yes! Please wait until you get confirmation from your retreat host until you book any non-refundable transportation. You’ll hear from the host within 48 hours of booking.
How and when do I pay my remaining balance?
The retreat host will confirm when your balance is due and how to pay. Most retreats require payment shortly before or upon arrival. Often your remaining balance is payable via Paypal or by bringing cash to your retreat.
